Shipping within the U.S. for your entire order is a flat fee of $5.00.

We are working on shipping outside of the U.S.. If you live outside the United States, please write to us for a shipping quote. Thank you!

Gift Cards

We sell two types of gift cards: Physical Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards. You can purchase a physical gift card to help support us now while our shop is temporarily closed. When our store re-opens, you can redeem the physical gift card in our shop. We can also mail out physical gift cards.

Purchasing a digital gift card creates a unique code. The digital gift card recipient can enter this code at checkout to subtract the gift card value from their order total. Our gift cards never expire.

Returns, Defective or Damaged Items

RETURN POLICY

Hungry Ear Records offers returns for most items within 14 days of receipt of shipment. To initiate a return, please email info@hungryear.com and make sure to include the order number.

In order to receive a refund:

• Items must be in new condition and returned in proper packaging to ensure resalability

• Clothing must be unwashed and unworn.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unfortunate case that your items are damaged or defective upon delivery, please email info@hungryear.com to discuss replacement or refund options. Please include the item name and order number in your email.
